About MidValley Healthcare
Founded in 2009 by Psychiatrists Dr. Kristina Harrington and Dr. Tim Ashaye, MidValley Healthcare is a private behavioral health clinic dedicated to offering mental health services to the residents of Boise, Idaho, and the surrounding communities. We believe each patient deserves a unique approach to treatment and that through effective, customized therapy provided in a safe and supportive environment, they can thrive.
Our years of experience as a private behavioral health clinic allow us to offer a range of services to those in the Boise and Meridian communities who are struggling with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Our mental health therapies are applied to patients based on their individual needs and are tuned to reinforce positive behaviors.
Our skilled and caring staff guide our patients to participate in whatever therapies and services are recommended, empowering them to reach their identified goals. Along with individual counseling, we understand that a robust recovery may also include the community’s support, which is why we offer group and family therapies. Natural and community relationships are fostered during the client’s time at MidValley.
