About LifeWorks Northwest – King/NE Portland
LifeWorks NW promotes a healthy community by providing quality and culturally responsive mental health and addiction services across the lifespan throughout Washington County, Clackamas County and Multnomah County. We provide compassionate care across the lifespan – from the youngest children to older adults, to help strengthen wellbeing for all.
We are one of the only Oregon agencies that offer a full continuum of services across an array of preventive care, including Children’s Relief Nurseries, Promotoras, Healthy Families, and much more. We offer residential, outpatient, day treatment, community-based, and crisis services. Our Transition Age services (12-27 years old), serves as a central point with resources and referrals for youth and young adults living with behavioral health challenges. Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA), Transition Age Youth (TAY), and STRIDE are all easy points of access for youth and young adults to obtain support and build the skills required to navigate the transition from youth to adulthood.
