About Legacy Outdoor Adventures
Legacy Outdoor Adventures is a gender-specific program for young men 18 and over who are struggling with mental health issues including substance abuse, trauma, unhealthy relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Legacy is a hybrid treatment center that integrates the healing power of adventure and Wilderness Therapy with the clinical intensity of a licensed residential treatment center. Licensed as a Residential Treatment Center and accredited by both the Joint Commission on Accreditation and the Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare Council, Legacy provides a unique journey of healing and self-discovery for young men.
We designed Legacy Outdoor Adventures to treat the whole person. The Legacy curriculum supports the stages of change through the healing of the intellect, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual self. By focusing on each individual area of healing, we help clients identify the core values they wish to live by. Legacy Treatment Center is licensed by the State of Utah as a provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
