About Hope House

We support women and their families with substance use and mental health challenges to lead healthy and productive lives. We envision a community where women enter long-term recovery for a healthier individual, family, and community overall. We cannot achieve our goals alone. Since 1992, we have served over 1700 women in the state of Georgia with substance use and mental health challenges.

Hope House strives to instill self-sufficiency in individuals and families through comprehensive treatment to end the cycle of substance misuse, untreated mental illness, and poverty. Our organization strives to empower individuals through prevention education, clinical treatment, and recovery supports to create sustainable change. Hope House’s ultimate goal is to help our individuals and families become self-sufficient as contributing members of society. Hope House, Inc. remains to be the only licensed and accredited residential substance misuse and mental health facility that serves women and children in Augusta-Richmond County.
