About Hope House Men’s Program
Our beautiful new facility is located in LaPrairie, MN, about one mile outside of Grand Rapids on Highway 2. This private, structured environment and supportive staff allow men to gain the skills they need to become positive members of their families and productive members of their communities. What makes Hope House unique is our flexibility and focus on offering the best individualized, co-occurring treatment services possible.
Our two residential programs provide both medium and low-intensity, gender-specific treatment services. Each is tailored to equip our clients with the tools necessary to overcome individual obstacles in each of their recovery journies. Motherhood can be a difficult, yet extremely rewarding role for women in recovery. Project Clean Start is an aftercare program developed by the Hope House of Itasca County in an effort to ease the transition from a structured treatment environment to independent living for women struggling with substance use disorders.
