About Freedom House, Inc.
Since 1974, Freedom House Recovery Center has been committed to promote, enhance and support recovery for men, women and children affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse by utilizing an evidence-based, comprehensive and person-centered approach. We provide support & treatment for children and adults with behavioral disorders or mental illness. We also specialize in recovery treatment for those struggling with substance abuse.
Today, we have transformed into one of the largest providers of behavioral health care in our region, including integrated primary medical care, in a service area that encompasses some of the most distressed rural counties in the state. Freedom House Recovery Center is a non-profit behavioral health care agency that provides a broad continuum of person-centered, comprehensive services for children, adolescents, adults and families who suffer from behavioral issues, mental illness or addiction. Freedom House has provided hope and healing to people of all ages, from all walks of life, for over 40 years.
