About Bethesda Recovery
Bethesda Recovery is a residential recovery care center seeking to be licensed as an ASAM level 3.1 drug abuse treatment and education program. Scientific evidence-based practices partner with spiritual truths to form the foundational platform for the recovery program at Bethesda Recovery. We have a threefold plan for recovery. Physical, emotional, and spiritual groups train a person to live in society as a sober adult.
Bethesda offers groups and classes to support emotional and cognitive restoration. We uses materials that support evidence based change such as DBT, CBT, Mindfullness and spiritual growth materials the support changing your mind. One-on-one with life coaches and counselors helps the residents rebuild any emotional or cognitive growth steps they have missed because of the early use of drugs or alcohol. We address trauma issues by being trauma-informed and empathic to their needs.
