About Ashland & McMillen Home

Ashland Home opened its doors in 1998, to help women at no cost to them, to get sober and build a solid foundation of recovery in our serene, home-like atmosphere. Time is structured including 12-step meetings and activities of daily living. Ashland home has the longest tenure in Orange County of any facility providing support and loving care, at no charge to the women they serve.

Our vision is to be the model for all alcoholic women to stay sober and lead happy productive lives; where they are reunited with their families, involved in their communities and giving back what was given to them. Ashland Home also offers women the opportunity to extend their stay, once they have been sober for thirty days, in the sober living program. Upon arrival at Ashland your initial stay begins with a suggested 30-day non-medical separation from alcohol at no charge.
